BARBER INSTITUTE OF FINE ARTS: STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
The Barber Institute of Fine Arts is at an exciting point of strategic change and development. With a new team in place and substantial capital works in progress, it is the ideal time to re-focus strategy for the next five years.
Wafer Hadley has worked with the team since 2023, facilitating vision days with staff and stakeholders, refining mission and vision, and shaping Audience Development planning, including all Learning and Communications activity.
Our work draws on our experience in visual arts and museums strategic development, as well as an in-depth understanding of the particular demands of the University Museum sector developed in work with the University Museums Group.
