EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE MUSEUMS: AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
The East Riding of Yorkshire Museums are a prime example of how targeted public funding can transform museum spaces and involve communities in their local heritage. The network of museums includes Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Beverley Art Gallery and Champney Treasure House, Beverley Guildhall, Skidby Windmill, Hessle Mill and Goole Museum. Through the ground-breaking Humber Museums Partnership, this Local Authority service also extends its influence across the Humber.
Wafer Hadley is working with the team on strategic development for audiences, from overall vision to the careful allocation of scarce resources, resulting in a new Audience Development strategy.
